A LITTLE HISTORY:
Located off of Cemetery Rd and NE 6th, close to downtown Estacada and walking distance to Estacada High School, Cascadia Ridge is a new development brought to the area by Novastar Development LLC. This prime piece of land sat desolate for several years, changing owners multiple times before Novastar bought the land in late 2009. Plans began almost immediately to begin development and soon thereafter they connected with builder Thomas Liesy of Ta Liesy Homes NW and Scott & Kristie McDonald of The McDonald Group Realtors to put together a project to bring affordable yet quality homes to the area.
WHAT’S HAPPENING NOW:
Permits for the first home were pulled in early February 2010 with the first model home having been built in less than 40 days. That first home (or model on lot 67) was entered into the “Ultimate Open House” event and was quite a success! To date (7/24/10) we have over 32 home sales in Cascadia Ridge!
The model is open for business almost daily and anyone visiting will be greeted by Larry Williams of The McDonald Group.
