A LITTLE HISTORY:
Located off of Cemetery Rd and NE 6th, close to downtown Estacada and walking distance to Estacada High School, Cascadia Ridge is a new development brought to the area by Novastar Development Inc. This prime piece of land sat desolate for several years, changing owners multiple times before Novastar bought the land in late 2009. Plans began almost immediately to begin development and soon thereafter the project brought affordable quality homes to the area and we have been consistently adding new homeowners to our community ever since! Permits for the first home were pulled in early February 2010 with the first model home having been built in less than 40 days. That first home being our model was entered into the “Ultimate Open House” event and was quite a success! To date we have over 65 home sales in Cascadia Ridge!
WHAT’S HAPPENING NOW:
In July of 2012 Copper Creek Homes, Inc. began building in Cascadia Ridge. With a focus on quality, pricing, and most of all customer service and a commitment to making every homeowner happy they continue to build an excellent home!
